What is Arqam?
Arqam is a business intelligence platform for the Egyptian market. Subscribers find factories and suppliers, compare retail prices, check licence requirements, find service providers, follow tenders, read economic and trade data, and post requests that businesses bid on.
Where does the data come from?
The industrial registry, CAPMAS, the Central Bank of Egypt and UN Comtrade, together with the issuing authorities for licences and our own weekly price collection across 28 retailers. Every number on the platform names its source.
How much does it cost?
Arqam Plus is 1,000 EGP per year, billed once a year. There is no free trial. Teams and institutions can ask for custom pricing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and access remains until the end of your paid term.
Does Arqam take a commission on deals?
No. Buyers and suppliers agree price and terms directly. The subscription is the only thing Arqam charges.
I own a business. How do I get it on Arqam?
Register for free, find your business in the registry and claim it, or add it if it is not listed. You can then publish your products, bid on buyer requests and reply to messages. Your data is protected under Law 151 of 2020.
How is the data checked?
Every row passes source validation, quality checks and human review of anomalies. Arqam is independent: verification on Arqam is not government registration.
Can I get data that is not on the platform?
Yes. Use Request Data to describe what you need. Our research desk prepares custom datasets and field research, and Enterprise plans include it.
